Our Water Damage Process
Damage Assessment
Looking for safety hazards, assessing the damage and build a work plan with defined goals for mitigation and restoration.
Water Extraction
Removal of all liquid water in the affected areas, as part of the mitigation, and preparation for drying.
Content Protection
Lifting, removing, and covering house contents to prevent further water damage.
Affected Area Containment
Quarantining the affected area in order to prevent cross-contamination and secondary damage to unaffected areas, increase drying effectiveness and maintain air quality
Sewage Cleanup
Removal, cleaning and proper disposal of sewage backflow spill (if present), to prevent further contamination.
Structural Drying
Drying all restorable affected structural materials and contents. Demolishing and disposing of the ones that are not restorable.
Affected Area Disinfection
Disinfection of effected Structural materials and Encapsulation application.
Daily Monitoring
Performing daily monitoring during the entire process, to make sure progress and drying until drying standard goals are achieved.

Replacement Options
Once the damage is accessed we can determine if you should file an insurance claim for approval or put together a cash bid for you for replacement or repairs
Property Protection
We cover all bushes with tarps as well as the surrounding area near the roof to catch any debris. Once installation is complete we walk the property and use strong magnets to ensure a clean area
Guarantee
Once your new roof is complete, we will give you all your warranty information for your new roof providing peace of mind that you will be covered for many years to come
